Job Summary

The Account Manager, Biologics role focuses on driving sales goals through territory planning and relationship building with hospitals, wound care centers, and private practices. Candidates should possess strong sales skills and the ability to educate customers on the clinical benefits of products such as Santyl and Iodosorb. Successful candidates will have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 3 years in B2B or medical sales. Essential skills include analytical abilities for territory management and a successful background in complex sales processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years B2B, direct selling or medical sales experience, preferably within the acute care setting
  • Proven track record to effectively present key concepts and recommendations to customers
  • Strong analytical skills to include pipeline management, territory analysis and territory management
  • Proven success with complex sales process
  • Experience selling in an environment with multiple call points and decision makers within an account

Desired Qualifications

  • Professional training program experience (i.e., Challenger Selling)

Additional Requirements

  • All field sales professionals must successfully complete the credentialing process and comply with the requirements of healthcare facilities regarding vaccine protocols.
