Job Summary
Manage, develop, and grow your own customer portfolio by taking ownership of commercial results and realizing net growth through new opportunities and upselling. Act as a strategic partner to strengthen client relationships via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings while guiding offer processes and contract negotiations. Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify commercial prospects, proactively signal churn risks, and implement retention actions. Collaborate closely with colleagues to optimize client service and meet commercial targets.
