Job Summary
Account Manager at Baidu USA LLC responsible for managing client advertising accounts through data-driven strategies across programmatic and performance-based channels. Develop optimization frameworks aligned with client goals and KPIs (CPA, ROI, conversion rate); oversee campaign delivery and adjust strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability. Analyze performance using Excel, Tableau, and internal dashboards; translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Implement optimization plans for bid strategies, audience segmentation, and budget allocation to improve ROI. Serve as primary client contact, lead business reviews, and collaborate with product, analytics, tech, and creative teams to improve campaign performance and client satisfaction. Supervise staff, develop best practices, and foster cross-functional alignment. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with clients, agencies, and vendors to support collaboration and growth; represent the company at industry events and prepare materials highlighting impact and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital social media or related
- Two (2) years of experience as an Account Manager or related
- Experience with DSPs and paid media platforms (MediaGo DSP, Taboola, Outbrain etc.)
- Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and Tableau
- Experience in lead generation advertising and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to develop performance benchmarks and budget scaling frameworks
