Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for managing a customer portfolio, day-to-day contract monitoring, responding to requests, and anticipating customer needs. Develop and tailor customised leasing offers to meet client requirements. Administer contracts and documentation, monitor deadlines, update details, and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and legal requirements. Coordinate internally with sales, technical, delivery, and customer service teams to deliver seamless service. Analyze customer and contract data to identify trends, generate regular reports, and uncover business opportunities to improve service quality. Requires commercial/administration experience, strong reporting skills (Excel, CRM), and fluency in German and English with French or Italian as an advantage. Hybrid working arrangement offered in Zürich, Switzerland.
