Job Summary
Prepare certificates of insurance and certificate holders updates, order and process scheduled and on-demand loss runs, and handle direct and agency bill endorsements and audits. Provide quality customer service to clients, team members, and carriers while preparing policy binders for delivery. Maintain an accurate suspense system, input data on account management systems, and offer receptionist support as needed. This role supports Account Executives and Account Managers in servicing tasks per company policies. A Property & Casualty license is required for the state of service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty License for required state/s
- 1-2 years of insurance experience
- Superior customer service and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems
- Self-starter
- Excellent written and verbal English communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Negligible travel
