Job Summary
Account Manager – U.S. Customs Brokerage coordinates client onboarding and activation for U.S. clients, ensures SOP development and operational readiness, and supports CRM rollout. Collaborates across Client Services, Sales, Operations, and Accounting with a focus on timely client communications, cross-border coordination with Canada, and maintaining service quality. Serves as first point of contact for operational inquiries, drives issue resolution, and supports onboarding, implementation, and ongoing client reviews. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, plus experience in U.S. customs brokerage and related documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in U.S. customs brokerage
- Working knowledge of CBP regulations, POA processing, and U.S. import procedures
- Experience reviewing, validating, and processing U.S. Customs Power of Attorney documentation
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and onboarding activities with accuracy, accountability, and follow-through
- Ability to coordinate effectively across Client Services, Sales, Operations, and Accounting teams
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs and Sheets
- Proficiency using Slack or similar collaboration tools
