Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for leading the day-to-day initiation, coordination, and execution of marketing, creative, media, and research projects for assigned clients. Serves as the primary client contact, ensuring work aligns with strategic objectives, quality standards, and processes. May take on responsibilities from the Account Supervisor or Account Director depending on project complexity. Key duties include building and maintaining client relationships, leading project execution across Creative/Media, developing and approving briefs, reviewing client-facing deliverables, scheduling and managing workflow, allocating resources, monitoring media plans, preparing monthly performance reports and quarterly reviews, and supporting financial management (budgets, invoicing, forecasts). Also contributed to business development through proposals, RFPs, and growth initiatives. Requires 2-3 years in a marketing/advertising/creative agency setting, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong communication/presentation skills, and a valid driver's license. Hybrid work arrangement in Des Moines, IA area.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in marketing/advertising/creative agency environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
