Job Summary
Own a revenue-carrying portfolio across AMI's 12 subsidiaries by scoping client needs, proposing brand solutions, and orchestrating fulfillment with internal specialists. Coordinate document control and milestone tracking for Education/visa services, manage itineraries for Travel, drive creative briefs for Design/Printing, steer storefront launches for Shopline, align product fit for Insurance/Financial, and plan timelines for Shipping/Engineering. Maintain clean audit trails, explain payments and refund policies clearly, keep CSAT high, and protect client data per GDPR/POPIA while meeting commercial targets. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3–5+ years in client-facing account management, and time-zone agility for 24/7 operations with remote/hybrid flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business, hospitality, international relations, supply chain, or related field
- 3–5+ years in client-facing account management within one or more AMI verticals
- Demonstrated success meeting commercial targets (revenue/retention/CSAT) while maintaining audit-ready documentation and process discipline
- Advanced written and spoken English
- Time-zone agility and rota flexibility to support 24/7 operations
- Strong systems proficiency: CRM and ticketing tools, document control, and spreadsheet literacy
- Risk and compliance judgment: working knowledge of GDPR/POPIA, local consumer law and partner T&Cs
- Project delivery within at least two service contexts (e.g., travel bookings, admissions/visa workflows, e-commerce/design/printing, shipping/logistics, engineering timelines)
- Supplier and stakeholder management: confident negotiation with airlines/hotels, universities, logistics partners, insurers/financial institutions, and legal partners
- Analytical and commercial acumen: margin maths, pipeline forecasting, KPI tracking and variance analysis
- High ethical standards and confidentiality
