Job Summary
Hands-on Account Manager accountable for building and maintaining supplier relationships with catalytic converter suppliers through regular in‐person visits and attentive service, identifying new supplier opportunities and assessing operations on-site, inspecting converters for quality and compliance with physical task requirements, tracking market trends to guide buying and pricing, negotiating with suppliers and preparing timely bids, and coordinating with operations and logistics to ensure smooth purchasing, processing, and shipping; requires strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills, CRM proficiency, data analysis ability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Bachelor’s degree preferred; compensation ranges from $75K–$100K+ including base and incentives; includes benefits, tuition scholarship program, company vehicle for travel, and a hybrid remote work option.
Required Qualifications
