Job Summary
Develop sales-oriented communication strategies for Allianz, managing projects from concept to go-live while creating sales concepts for online, social media, and print channels. Oversee digital sales platforms used by thousands of intermediaries and provide strategic advice on IT and digital initiatives. Proactively integrate new technologies and AI approaches into marketing and sales activities. Collaborate with senior decision-makers to drive transformation in sales digitalization and data-driven communication. This role offers early responsibility within a 100-person team in Oberursel, featuring a hybrid work model and a budget for conferences and tools.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene werbefachliche Ausbildung oder ein Studium in Wirtschaft, Kommunikation oder Marketing
- Erfahrung im Marketing
- Klare Digital-First-Haltung
- Konzeptionsstärke und Gespür für das Zusammenspiel der Kanäle
- Sicheres Auftreten, starke Kommunikation und ansteckende Begeisterung
- Selbstständige, proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Tools, inklusive PowerPoint
- Erfahrung mit Social Media
