Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for managing designated NeoHealthHub client relationships across onboarding through to delivery, reporting, and offboarding. Owns client communications, leads account meetings, coordinates contracts (SOWs) and payment terms, ensures KPIs are tracked, and supports budgeting, forecasting, and CRM data integrity. Collaborates with operations, finance, and Market Access teams to ensure compliance with ABPI Code of Practice and to deliver exceptional client experiences. Requires a degree or equivalent qualification and experience in account management or client services, with CRM proficiency and familiarity with pharmaceutical/healthcare context.
