Job Summary
Account Manager at Veriforce responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships with clients, driving account growth and renewals, conducting on-site client visits, designing and presenting customized sales proposals, negotiating change requests, and collaborating with Sales, Billing, and Accounting to ensure effective follow-up of purchase orders and contractual aspects. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience of more than 3 years in business development or account management in a B2B environment
- Expertise in consultative selling and understanding customer needs
- Excellent influencing and team management skills
- Strong financial acumen, including forecasting and developing strategic plans for account growth
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer priorities
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align objectives and achieve common results
- Dynamism and agility to adapt quickly in a highly regulated environment
- Commitment to continuous improvement and learning to remain competitive in a changing market
