Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for growing an assigned portfolio of customer accounts in the security/alarm technology space. Build strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers, identify opportunities for upgrades and account growth, and support Outside Sales Representatives to develop and advance sales opportunities. Conduct proactive outreach via phone, virtual, and in-person interactions; maintain accurate customer records in CRM; coordinate with Sales, Operations, Installation, and Customer Service teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and prospects; develop product knowledge and sales skills to advance into an Outside Sales Representative role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Experience in the security, alarm, technology, or related industries
- Account management, sales, customer service, or business development experience
