Account Manager AI Education (m/w/d)

Drive active sales of AZAV-funded training programs by collaborating with employment agencies and job centers to generate leads and conduct suitability assessments. Manage the full participant lifecycle from onboarding to successful completion while serving as the central liaison between learners, trainers, and agencies. Coordinate trainer assignments, oversee honorarium billing, and ensure accurate reimbursement documentation in strict compliance with AZAV regulations. Maintain internal processes and tools while guaranteeing an excellent learning experience for all participants. Work within a small team using cutting-edge AI tools in a hybrid setup in Berlin-Mitte, with full-time or part-time availability.
