Job Summary
As an Account Manager at Adyen, you will be responsible for managing key account relationships for cross-border merchants, driving growth through various strategies including cross-selling and upselling. You will deliver expertise and guidance tailored to the unique needs of enterprise clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction. This role requires at least 6 years of experience in managing enterprise clients, recent work with Chinese merchants, and proficiency in both English and Mandarin. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a multicultural team are essential.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience managing enterprise level clients (B2B) in a complex environment
- Recent experience working with Chinese merchants over the past 2 years
- Commercial experience or experience in payment/ financial industry is highly preferred
- Track record of winning share of wallet, cross selling & upselling deals for digital and retail clients
- Fluent in English and native in Mandarin
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest in pushing boundaries and creating value in the payment space
- Ability to work seamlessly with a global, multicultural team
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
