Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for retaining, growing, and expanding an existing portfolio of regional and national client accounts for Advertising Vehicles and related brands. Drive revenue, profitability, and retention through upselling, cross-selling, referrals, and account expansion while serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Lead strategic client management, conduct business reviews and planning discussions, and partner with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery. Monitor markets and client industries to identify growth opportunities, represent the company at industry events, and maintain accurate CRM records to forecast revenue and guide activities.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of successful account management, business development, or consultative B2B sales experience
- Verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing multiple accounts with attention to detail, business acumen, and a results-oriented approach
- Proficiency with CRM systems and disciplined account management practices
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25–50% based on business needs
