Job Summary
Realforce AB is hiring a fully dedicated Account Manager for an exclusive partner in the Danish real estate market. The role is Malmö-based (Realforce AB) with regular travel to the partner's HQ in Aarhus and an office network. You will carry the partner's marketing direction to ~180 offices, act as 1st-line support for each office, land HQ campaigns at office level, maintain office relationships, coordinate with Realforce's delivery team, and apply AI/automation to service a large network. Requirements include native/fluent Danish and English, 3+ years in account management or marketing operations, operator-level digital marketing experience (Meta, Google, programmatic, lead gen), ability to represent the partner brand, strong CRM hygiene (Copper CRM), and eligibility to work in Sweden. The role emphasizes local market nuance, office-specific tailoring, and ensuring timely, on-brand execution of campaigns across the network.
Required Qualifications
- Native or fully fluent Danish and English, written and spoken.
- 3+ years of account management, marketing operations or marketing-services delivery experience. Comfortable running programs for a portfolio, not just advising.
- Operator-level digital marketing experience — Meta, Google, programmatic, lead gen. You have done the work.
- Comfortable representing a partner brand. Carries the partner identity credibly; keeps Realforce internal context internal.
- Calm, methodical and reliable in follow-through. Strong CRM hygiene (Realforce use Copper CRM).
- Malmö-based, frequent travel to Denmark. Excellent written English and Danish. Legally authorised to work in Sweden.
