Job Summary
Manage all aspects of current customer relationships by actively engaging and planning with accounts to achieve their goals through regular in-person or virtual meetings. Lead customer engagement from proposal ideation and order securing to satisfaction follow-up, curating branded merchandise solutions that drive ROI. Oversee customer orders from start to finish to ensure accuracy, compliance with licensing guidelines, and targeted delivery timelines. Support corporate sales efforts to achieve department revenue growth targets and budget management objectives. Utilize CRM tools for customer management and collaborate with internal departments to fulfill client deliverables. Carry out supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, and directing employees.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar position
- An equivalent combination of education and experience (preferably in customer service, marketing or sports management)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Proficient in invoicing systems
- Proficient in CRM
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with internal and external clients
- General business acumen with a focus on business strategy and branded solutions strategy
- Strong personal management, communication, time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage projects on strict deadlines
- Professional image and demeanor
