Job Summary
Understand client needs and recruit a pipeline to fill staffing requirements. Educate candidates on open positions and thoroughly screen clients to ensure accurate placement. Document all interactions with clients and employees while performing client visits and job fairs as needed. Interview, hire, and manage a candidate pool in accordance with company policy. This role requires bilingual ability (English and Spanish) and 1 to 2 years of industrial staffing experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrates knowledge of EEO policy
- Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and be able to work independently with limited supervision
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
- Ideally possesses at least 1 to 2 years of experience within the industrial staffing industry
