Job Summary
Submit candidate resumes to clients and build a qualified talent pipeline to meet specific recruitment needs. Educate applicants on open positions while thoroughly screening them to ensure alignment with client requirements. Maintain thorough records of all interactions and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to manage relationships between clients, candidates, and internal teams. Perform client visits and attend job fairs as needed, interviewing and managing candidate pools according to company policy. This role requires bilingual English and Spanish skills and at least two years of industrial staffing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
- Ideally possess at least two years of experience in the industrial staffing industry
- Demonstrates knowledge of EEO policy
- Highly organized multitaskers who work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently with limited supervision
