Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for understanding client needs and recruiting a pipeline to fill those needs; educates and sells candidates on open positions; screens clients to fill positions with specific requirements; documents interactions with clients and employees; willing to perform client visits and job fairs as needed; interview, hire, and manage a candidate pool in accordance with Accurate Personnel policy. Requires bilingual ability (English & Spanish) and 1–2 years of staffing industry experience. Location: North Riverside, IL. Schedule: Daytime, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with rotating Saturdays, 8am–12pm. Salary: $22–$23/hour, plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
- 1 to 2 years of staffing industry experience
- Demonstrates knowledge of EEO policy
- Highly organized multi-tasker
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently with limited supervision
