Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for developing business relationships that build customer loyalty, maintaining the customer base, and driving market growth. Identifies sales leads and qualifies prospects, builds and maintains a pipeline of new prospects and closed business, delivers value-based presentations, and meets sales targets. Works with VP of Sales and Area Director to develop marketing plans and growth strategies, maintains key customer relationships, oversees the installation process to ensure expectations are met, ensures customer satisfaction and safety, responds to RFPs, and prepares customer files and follow-up communications.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- SFA – Sales Force Automation Software experience preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, work independently and multi-task.
