Job Summary
Present, promote, and sell Miro3D into the outpatient wound care market using persuasive clinical discussions with prospective and existing customers. Quickly grow sales in new accounts, identify growth opportunities, and execute customer and account sales plans to meet established goals. Manage price negotiations within company pricing rules and successfully launch new products by driving customer uptake and repeat utilization. Develop ethical, long-term relationships through field travel and clinical interactions while educating others on clinical data and supporting documents. Adhere to compliance rules and regulations throughout the territory. This role targets early-to-mid-career professionals with a track record in medical device sales, specifically within outpatient settings. Compensation includes base salary, uncapped commissions, and quarterly bonuses, with target earnings around $150K for Account Managers. The position offers a $750/month car allowance, gas and cell phone reimbursements, and health benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Ability to travel within the territory and overnight as needed
- Valid driver's license
- Early to mid-career sales professional
- Solid track record of success
- Medical device selling experience, preferably in the outpatient market
- Motivated, coachable, and eager to build a territory
- Must have 1+ years of direct experience selling skin substitutes as a W2 into outpatient private offices, mobile wound care clinics, and hospital outpatient centers
- At least 2 years of experience selling other wound care products into these outpatient spaces
- Existing relationships with physicians, clinics, and decision-makers in the wound care space
- Strong understanding of reimbursement and sales process
