Account Manager - Accelerated Sales Program

Account Manager – Accelerated Sales Program role at White Cap designed to fast-track sales careers for professionals transitioning from outside industries. The program combines classroom, independent study, and on-the-job training to develop knowledge of White Cap’s business model, products, vendors, customer needs, and selling skills. Responsibilities include preparing and executing account plans, selling White Cap’s value proposition and products, learning effective jobsite or office sales calls by riding along with District Sales Managers, entering and processing customer orders, and performing other duties as assigned. The role requires operation of a company or personal vehicle and involves regular on-the-job exposure to jobsite environments; a Motor Vehicle Report will be reviewed and must be acceptable. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or 1–2 years of sales or related field experience, strong communication skills, self-governance, independence, and Spanish language proficiency. The program duration is 6–12 months, with the aim of developing skills, relationships, and knowledge to succeed in outside sales.
