Job Summary
Coordinate sales activities, monitor current projects, and manage the resolution of specific customer problems while developing and executing account plans focused on share of wallet growth and profitability. Define sales strategies, targets, and pricing approaches to exceed orders, revenue, and gross margin targets through account penetration. Engage key stakeholders including end users, OEMs, and operations to develop and win opportunities, leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and CRM discipline while collaborating on strategic pursuits and market visibility initiatives to drive mining business growth. This onsite role requires a background in engineering or project management with 6-8+ years of sales experience in industrial or mining environments. Base salary ranges from $107,625 to $157,850 annually with bonus eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering, Technology, or Project Management background
- experience in industrial or mining environments
