Account Manager

Account Manager responsible for providing top-tier customer service to clients both internal and external, and serving as the primary point of contact for custom content and ad executions. Lead custom programs or sponsorships across departments, kick off campaigns with clients, manage timelines, assets, and opportunities for optimization, assist in pre-sale pipeline management and CRM reporting, keep sales updated on key issues and data, collaborate with Ad Operations to troubleshoot live campaigns and generate reports, maintain knowledge of Twitch site features and ad units, and drive process improvements and projects.
