Account Manager (84550)

Account Manager overseeing security and fire operations at Ford manufacturing and corporate facilities. Provides day-to-day leadership to security and fire personnel, ensures compliance with Ford Global Security standards and site SOPs, and serves as the liaison between Ford site leadership, Global Security, and the security services provider. Responsibilities include supervising security staff across sites, ensuring post orders and regulatory compliance, advising management during emergencies, recommending best practices, coordinating with plant leadership, overseeing theft-prevention initiatives, assisting in staff onboarding and development, managing deployment schedules, ensuring training to Ford standards, collaborating with Global Security Operations, conducting site vulnerability assessments, and maintaining billing audits for compliance. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years security experience (5+ preferred), strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills, plus the ability to travel between sites as needed.
