Job Summary
Execute sales calls for assigned routes, securing incremental displays and equipment placements while maintaining point-of-sale inventory levels. Perform product resets across stores to reflect package, brand, and promotional goals, directing team members where necessary. Coordinate area-wide rack orders to minimize freight costs, ensuring all accounts meet merchandising standards and advertising requirements. Manage generic and local Point of Sale orders while communicating changes to customers. Requires valid driver's license, 1+ years of sales experience, and ability to work Monday-Friday from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- High-School Diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license
- driving record within MVR policy guidelines
- Must be able to read, speak, and write in English
- Ability to lift/carry <75lbs
- Ability to push/pull <150lbs
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to work in back rooms
- Subject to outside elements
- Ability to work in heat
- Ability to work in cold
- Ability to work in rain
- Ability to work in snow
- Visual and auditory abilities include depth perception and color vision
- Frequent standing and walking
- Occasional sitting, reaching, handling, climbing, balancing, kneeling, squatting, and bending
- 1+ years of previous sales experience
- Must be able to communicate with customers, coworkers, and supervisor
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Preferred
- 1+ Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
- 1+ Customer service experience
