Job Summary
Drive branch revenue growth by serving as the primary contact for assigned clients, managing existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities for Valcourt's commercial window cleaning and exterior maintenance services. Prepare and manage proposals, bids, and RFP responses for annual service contracts and one-time projects while upselling and cross-selling additional services to maximize account potential. Partner with operations to ensure smooth job execution and clear communication of scopes, and strengthen client relationships through regular site visits, meetings, and participation in industry events. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of progressive sales experience with strong negotiation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, English major preferred
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role with a track record of success
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with a competitive drive and an outgoing personality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
