Job Summary
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service and technical chemical solutions that reduce lifting costs. Manage an assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities, conducting field analysis to troubleshoot production issues, and preparing performance reviews. Partner with Technical Services to resolve complex challenges, lead and mentor Account Representatives, and monitor key performance indicators to ensure customer expectations are met. Maintain chemical inventories and treatment programs while operating a company vehicle in compliance with FMCSA requirements. This role combines technical expertise with business development to help customers optimize production within the Aegis Chemical Solutions Production Chemicals team.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate a Company vehicle in compliance with FMCSA requirements
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to safely and effectively perform the essential functions of the position, including understanding written and verbal instructions, policies, procedures, and job-related communications
- Minimum of one to five years of experience as an Account Representative or Account Manager within the production chemical industry
- Working knowledge of production chemistry, chemical treatment programs, and field operations
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to safely and effectively perform the essential functions of the position
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
