Job Summary
Consultative SaaS Account Manager to own an active portfolio of 80–100 SMB to mid-market accounts, driving onboarding, implementation, and ongoing relationship management. Lead onboarding architecture, workflow configuration, and engagement to achieve time-to-value milestones; monitor account health and identify churn risks while pursuing renewals and expansion opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Support to ensure successful transitions post-sale, drive upsell/cross-sell, and contribute to net revenue retention goals. Requires 3+ years in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management, strong onboarding/API/configuration experience, and excellent English communication skills. Role is remote with US business hours alignment; location indicated as Johannesburg, South Africa.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive experience inside a SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or software relationship management environment
- Proven track record of independently managing a high-volume portfolio of corporate B2B accounts
- Hands-on experience building out technical onboarding paths, API integrations, or software setup configurations
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills with ability to lead presentations for business operators
- Availability to work aligned with US business hours in a remote setting
