Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for building strong customer relationships across multiple levels, maintaining regular contact to ensure clear project timelines, providing operational on-site support when required, identifying improvement opportunities using customer, market and commercial insights, driving no-better customer experience to improve NPS, supporting retention and growth by delivering best logistics experiences across the supply chain, and preparing insightful reports and analysis on solution performance and opportunities for efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Exposure to Account Management role and expectations
- Strong process focus, specifically in relationship management
- Deep understanding of commercial drivers of business
- Proven analysis, problem solving, decision making and negotiation skills
- Able to quickly navigate complex logistics scenarios and find the best solution
