Job Summary
Customer Success Manager at RSA, focusing on helping customers realize value, accelerate adoption, and achieve business outcomes with RSA’s Unified Identity Platform. Responsibilities include understanding customer goals and use cases, guiding conversations with cross-functional teams, driving product adoption, coordinating resources to unblock progress, reviewing usage and aligning success plans, building stakeholder relationships, partnering with sales/support/product/delivery for a coordinated experience, and supporting renewals/expansion through demonstrated customer value realization. Key skills include balancing technical fluency with value-based engagement, ownership and judgment in navigating customer needs and ambiguity, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to connect product capabilities to customer goals. A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred and prior experience in customer success, account management, or related post-sales roles is valued; a technical background is strongly preferred. Pay range: $140,000 - $160,000 with eligible bonuses and benefits for US full-time employees.
