Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for managing and delivering solutions for a beverage client’s 2D + 3D print needs, coordinating with internal teams and local partners. Take briefs from the client with full specification details and deadlines, provide technical input and briefing of suppliers, monitor projects to ensure delivery to specification and on time, deliver contractual requirements and account administration, and manage budgets and P&Ls to maximize profit. Ensure services meet SLAs while complying with regulatory and company policies. Requires client service management experience, knowledge of 2D/3D print materials, strong project-management and multi-stakeholder coordination, and excellent verbal/written communication in English and Czech.
Required Qualifications
- Client service management experience including time spent on client site(s) and maintaining client relationships across multiple vendors against SLAs + KPIs
- Experience in 2D + 3D Print materials
- Project management mindset with ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in English and Czech
