Job Summary
Define and document processes to meet client specifications while training staff on standard operating procedures. Engineer custom fulfillment solutions for changing industry demands and align real-time planning with internal teams and customer communication. Troubleshoot system errors, implement preventive controls, and manage inventory cycle counts to ensure successful production and supply chain execution. Oversee daily KPIs, coordinate store deliveries, and organize open action items to provide timely notifications. Manage internal resources effectively and drive continuous improvement endeavors for high-profile logistics clients.
Required Qualifications
- Prior supervisory/management experience in logistics and fulfillment operations
- Inventory and production planning management experience
- Multi facility warehouse management experience
- Experience in managing API/EDI integration endeavors
- Skilled in using sophisticated warehouse management system (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS)
- Ideally experienced in system changeover/conversion/new system adoption
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistics/supply chain preferred
- Business degree in management
- Industry specific certifications/credentials
- Process Expertise, including 6-Sigma certification
