Account Manager 2, IQVIA Digital

Manage client relationships with executives and leaders to grow revenue by leveraging IQVIA offerings and identifying new business opportunities. Assist the sales team in selling products and services within assigned accounts to achieve assigned revenue goals. Participate in face-to-face sales and proposal presentations, identify contract expansion opportunities, and interface with marketing, market research, and IT at the user level. Monitor client satisfaction with contracted deliverables, provide feedback to the Account team, and effectively manage renewals and subscriptions for large multi-year contracts.
