Job Summary
Manage relationships with domestic and international customers while receiving and tracking issues to resolve them and communicate results. Research questions, resolve cross-functional roadblocks, and escalate matters to executive leadership when necessary. Audit QMS documents and participate in managing quality systems to continuously improve facility processes. Contribute to quarterly business reviews and presentations. This 1st shift role in Everett, WA requires a Bachelor's degree and one year of experience as a commodity buyer or Account Manager. U.S. citizen status is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year of experience as a commodity buyer or Account Manager
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- U.S. citizen status
