Job Summary
Account Manager 1, Enterprise Direct Sales at Comcast leads strategic management and financial sales for an assigned portfolio of mid-market customers. Responsibilities include developing and managing account strategies, identifying incremental revenue opportunities, and protecting/expanding embedded base revenue. Drive quarterly sales quota, renew contracts, maintain ongoing customer relationships, present solutions across Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet, and other Business Class products, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to optimize account plans and retention opportunities. Engage with multiple organizational levels, including C-level and executives, manage revenue, pipelines, and forecasts, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric outcomes. Requires strong account management, relationship-building, and strategic selling capabilities; ability to work nights/weekends as needed. Education and experience requirements emphasize a Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years of related work experience.
