Job Summary
Hire, train, and develop the Account Management team by conducting weekly 1:1s to coach on performance KPIs, individual goals, and career pathing. Manage daily workflow, delegate responsibilities, and step in to provide support when employees are out of office. Ensure tender acceptance and on-time delivery meet customer SLAs while holding the team accountable for timely responses. Collaborate with Account Managers to analyze feedback, drive efficiencies, and provide strategy coaching for customer reviews. Support pricing requests and RFPs by coordinating with Sales Executives and leadership. Understand market trends to educate customers and direct reports, ensure customer SOPs are current and adhered to, and complete annual performance reviews to set effective goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 0-3 years Experience in team management or supervision
- 3-5 years Experience of logistics / transportation
