Job Summary
Account Management Specialist leads a team of account specialists to manage an account portfolio for customer, vendor, and potential customer engagements within Strata Solar Services. Responsibilities include coordinating and triaging customer site needs, generating pricing estimates for services, reviewing contractual scope, providing support for ongoing projects and outages, organizing the Account Management team and project plans, onboarding new projects, contributing to business development responses (RFPs and financial commitments), coordinating cross-functional support to deliver optimal solar/renewable energy solutions, producing site performance reports, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires strong MS Office and reporting skills, client-focused solution delivery, ability to manage multiple projects, and a proactive, team-oriented approach; field and office work with occasional travel; valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug test. Education: BA/BS or equivalent experience; experience in utility-scale solar or renewable energy is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS or 3-5 years in related field
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, file sharing systems, accounting software, and Enterprise CMMS
- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions
- Ability to manage multiple account management projects with attention to detail
- Mentoring/training of colleagues
- Commitment to continuous improvement of methods and processes
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record; ability to pass a drug test
- Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 20 pounds; travel to customer sites and solar plants
