Account Management Representative responsible for implementing strategic account plans to optimize the customer experience and drive revenue growth across global markets. Key duties include leading client services strategies, negotiating with executive decision-makers, monitoring performance against service-level expectations, coordinating with service delivery leaders to close gaps in quality and reporting, and contributing to pricing strategies and business negotiations on portfolio rebids. The role emphasizes transforming customer value through data-driven analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and identifying innovative solutions to enhance traveler/caller experience while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high retention.
Required Qualifications
- Account management experience at a multi-market level
- Strong financial acumen and P&L ownership
- Ability to effectively communicate at Executive level
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients and suppliers
- Experience in managing and negotiating with C-Level executives
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction
- Experience with global client services strategies
- Knowledge of travel industry and Amex GBT value proposition
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive actions
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
