Job Summary
Manage account onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding by reviewing documentation, confirming distribution plans, and closing accounts while resolving data inconsistencies. Respond to moderately complex client inquiries via email and chat, track asset transfers, and resolve open items through completion. Proactively identify risks and process improvement opportunities by monitoring operational impacts and escalating gaps. Operate with moderate independence, referring to leadership for escalations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to find and resolve data inconsistencies in highly detailed documents and systems
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Experience interacting with partners via email and chat
- Ability to be flexible within the hours of 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday through Friday
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage large caseloads and execute within short deadlines
- Ability using multiple systems and applications to complete individual tasks accurately and efficiently
- Ability to apply established procedures to daily processing
- Experience, studies, or knowledge in operations, banking, account management and/or customer service
- Ability to apply knowledge to improve processes
- Understands the process flow from end to end including the reasons for each step, the process controls, the risks within the process and the upstream/downstream impacts of their work based on an understanding of the work affects other operational units
