Job Summary
Lead a SMB Account Management team at Glovo, driving growth and performance. Build and lead a high-performing SMB team, recruit/onboard/develop direct reports, coach for ambitious commercial targets, analyze business performance to identify growth opportunities, improve ways of working, and collaborate with local and global stakeholders. Requires 3+ years in Sales/Account Management/BD/Customer Success or fast-paced startups, 2+ years of people management, strong analytical and communication skills in Polish and English, and a proactive, organized mindset. Emphasizes leadership, coaching, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver results within a diverse, inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, Consulting or a fast-paced start-up environment
- 2+ years of People management experience or a strong motivation to grow as a leader
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Commercial acumen and a results-driven attitude
- Good written and spoken communication in Polish and English
- Proactive, organized and eager to learn
