Job Summary
Pro-actively manage and negotiate renewal for a book rated portfolio by executing an annual renewal strategy while upselling products including dental and vision solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients and brokers through regular communication and tailored solutions. Lead in addressing general and complex enquiries, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
