Job Summary
The Account Management Coordinator will manage customer outreach through multiple channels, handle an average of 10-15 cases, and support departments while ensuring adherence to SOPs and SLAs. This role emphasizes strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of all Managed Care solutions
- 1-3+ years of previous customer service experience
- Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required
- Confident, articulate and professional speaking abilities
- Maintain structured and organized day-to-day responsibilities
- Adaptable to the fluctuating healthcare landscape
- Act as an advocate and liaison between the customer and the organization
- Responsible for identifying and tracking customer pain points
- Uphold department SOPs and SLAs and department goals
- Able and willing to troubleshoot technical issues
- Implement processes that improve overall customer experience
