Job Summary
Account Management Associate responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact for assigned clients, resolving client issues, driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling, conducting monthly and quarterly business reviews, and collaborating with internal teams. The role requires building and maintaining strong client relationships, collecting and presenting performance/shipping data, monitoring service performance, identifying improvement opportunities, supporting new business opportunities and product development, and contributing to strategic initiatives with the Account Management Manager. Key skills include stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication abilities, presentation and negotiation skills, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in English (additional language is a plus). The candidate should have about 2 years of account management or client-facing experience and hold a diploma (degree preferred).
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in account management or a client-facing role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good presentation and negotiation abilities with the ability tomultitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Diploma in any field (Degree preferred)
- Strong business acumen with a focus on profitability
- Relationship-building skills across all stakeholder levels
- Adaptability in a dynamic and evolving work environment
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Additional language is an advantage
