Job Summary
Account Management Associate at Lalamove focused on driving revenue through upselling, retention, and reactivation for corporate customers. Manage relationships with key accounts, conduct customer visits, coordinate with internal teams on service issues and billing, roll out periodic surveys for market insights, collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, and provide weekly/monthly reports. Requires strong communication, negotiation, and campaign-management skills, plus proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/ College's degree (Marketing or Business-related preferred)
- Min 2 years solid experience in sales, account management, & customer support
- Good sense with product flow & merchant solutions; high skill in campaign management
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Proficiency in written Vietnamese & English
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
