Job Summary
Shadow senior team members to learn product intricacies and partner networks, eventually taking ownership of merchant accounts. Maintain positive, consultative relationships with merchants through regular communication, coordinate project deliverables, and ensure client data is accurately updated in Salesforce. Partner with internal teams across global offices to ensure an outstanding merchant experience, assist in crafting account development plans, and research e-commerce trends to optimize global payment strategies. Fluency in Mandarin and professional English proficiency required. Class of 2026 graduates or current Master's/Bachelor's students eligible. Hybrid model with three days per week in the office.
