Job Summary
Lead and manage 3-5 P&I accounts within Arcadis US growth team to establish Arcadis as a trusted partner and achieve growth. Define and execute account growth plans with a goal of >$5M in 2026 weighted opportunity backlog and >$5M in annual net order intake from target accounts. Collaborate with Value Proposition Leaders to tailor Arcadis offerings, identify existing solutions for new clients, and proactively engage clients to share insights and innovation. Drive profitable growth by developing account plans aligned with US business objectives, managing pipelines and local pursuits, and mentoring a small account team on growth strategies. Maintain deep knowledge of P&I US markets, trends, and opportunities; align with strategic priorities (sustainability, energy transition, digitally enabled solutions); prepare proposals and support successful pursuits; capture client data for continuous improvement; build executive-level relationships and cross-sell opportunities across clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or professional degree in business, management or surveying related field.
- Strong understanding of consulting, business development and leadership principles.
- Broad understanding of technical due diligence, sustainability, development monitoring and asset management of real estate assets.
