Job Summary
Account Lead responsible for driving strategic growth across 10–15 healthcare accounts, acting as the owner-operator with full responsibility for managing and expanding relationships across hospital systems and clinic locations. You will engage directly with healthcare stakeholders, map internal hierarchies to reach influencers, and track activity in the CRM to meet revenue and incentive targets. The role emphasizes high-volume phone engagement with clinic managers, department heads, and administrative leads, plus account growth planning, opportunity identification, and cross-site coordination across multiple hospital/clinic sites in the Seattle area. Requires 2–3 years in account management, physician liaison roles, or healthcare sales, exceptional telephonic communication, familiarity with hospital workflows, an ownership mindset, travel as needed, the ability to lift 25 pounds, and flexibility to work non-standard hours.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in account management, physician liaison roles, or healthcare sales
- Exceptional telephonic communication skills; ability to influence and solve problems over the phone
- Familiarity with hospital and clinic workflows; understanding of the Seattle medical landscape
- Ambitious, proactive ownership mentality with persistence to follow up and close growth opportunities
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
- Willing to travel as needed
- Dexterous ability to manipulate small objects
